Cancellation policies

1) WITHOUT “MAESTRI CRISTALLO WARRANTY”
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a communication to this effect to the Cristallo Atp Ski and Snowboard School within 24 hours of the start of the purchased lessons. This communication must be sent by e-mail to info@maestriscicristallo.it. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, the Cristallo Atp Ski and Snowboard School will cancel the booking and save in its systems a voucher worth the same amount spent, which can be spent within the current winter season for the service purchased or for other services related to teaching.
In case of withdrawal after 24 hours from the start of the lessons purchased, the customer will lose the right to receive refunds or value vouchers and will be required to pay the full balance of the lessons canceled after the deadline.
GROUP COURSES: Group courses are based on the fact that, in order to start, a group must be formed. Out of respect for the other enrolled students, who have been guaranteed to start the course with the minimum number of students required for each course, it is NOT possible to request refunds or value vouchers once the course has started.

2) WITH “MAESTRI CRISTALLO GUARANTEE”
The customer will have the right to withdraw during the lessons if during the booking phase he chooses the possibility of paying an amount increased by 10% of the total amount. In this way you will benefit from the MAESTRI CRISTALLO GUARANTEE. The aforementioned Guarantee will give the customer the right to withdraw at any time, with a minimum notice of 24 hours from the start of the lessons purchased, with a refund of the amount relating to the lessons or courses not used, net of the 10% increase applied.
The refund will not be made for individual absences during the group courses, but only in the case of choosing to definitively interrupt the multi-day courses.
Only for Seasonal Courses does the Guarantee have a different effect. In the specific case of seasonal ski or snowboard courses, in the event of absence from one or more lessons, you will be entitled to make up just one lesson at the end of the course.
